Common Questions
What is your film turnaround time?
I prioritize both quality and speed. While many videographers take several months, I deliver your edited cinematic highlight exactly 1 month from your wedding. I know you're already celebrating that day. Long form is 2 months.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely. I am based in Racine, WI, but I frequently travel worldwide. Whether it's here or in Alaska, I'm there if you want me there. I will undoubtedly make the process stress-free.
How do we secure our date with JY Films?
To lock in your date, all I require is a signed digital contract and your deposit. All I require is a deposit of $800, the rest can be paid when your wedding video is completed.
What is your filming philosophy?
I specialize in candid storytelling. I capture raw emotions and unscripted moments without directing or putting any pressure on you, ensuring you actually enjoy your wedding day. If you didn't even know I was filming, I'm doing my job right.
